First Snow Day

I love snow days; I don't care that they delay my summer. I absolutely delight in the cancellation of school when the weather is inclement. Judging from the snowfall and resulting ice and rain, it was a good call. 

We leave in a little while to speak to the people at the bank about refinancing our mortage. From 6.25% to 4.75% and there's the possibility that we may move from  thirty years to either twenty or fifteen years.
