The Color of Sunday

is green...

Yesterday we pulled up the garden just time for the first frost. Up came many green tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and bell peppers. Today the Green Zebras and peppers are on the window sill, while the remaining tomatoes sit in shoe boxes on the pantry floor. It was six months ago when we planted lettuce, radishes, and peas. Yesterday we had vegetables going strong as our jalapeno and bell peppers were on a second round and we had more blossoms to boot.

Growing and tending our garden has provided much satisfaction.

I wonder what the next six months will bring.

Hopefully more moments of discovery and magic.

Snow and planning for the next garden.

Oh I see an herb garden and beds of blue berries and strawberries.

Yummy!
