You should check it out. <br /><br />I actually left one of my favorites in the comment section. It's one of my favorite quick and easy apple recipes.<br /><br />I used to make cinnamon apples with my class every week. I would bring in my crockpot, then use my apple peeler/corer/slicer to prepare the apples for chopping. Then I dumped it all (at least one apple per child) into the pot, sprinkled a bit of sugar and LOTS of cinnamon, then let it cook all day. The last half hour of the day, we would enjoy our treat.
